Background
In 2019, we were contacted by Breck Mountain Management, a company that manages high end, Airbnb listings in Denver and the High Rockies. They cover many towns including Breckenridge, Vail, Telluride, and Crested Butte. We have a photographer positioned in each area of Colorado, which allows us to have a presence across the entire state. We have photographed over 50 properties for them in 2019.

Showing off the proximity to the downtown and access to the mountains is key for Airbnb renters. Most of the listings in Breckenridge are within a 10 minutes walk from the Gondola!

Matterport is an incredible tool for people anywhere in the country to walk-through the property on their desktop or iPhone. This camera also generates 3D Floor Plans, which can give a great visual add for potential visitors.
