Twilight Photography is taken of the exterior of the property at dusk. This is a great way to show off million dollar listings! It helps potential buyers visualize what it is to be like on the property at night time or also pulling into the driveway at dusk.
1) Great for showing off backyards, fire pits, hot tubs, and other amenities on the outside of the house.
2)Attracts more buyers. Twilight photography gives a high end look to the buyers and they typically mention these photos from the standard day time photos.
3) Adding the drone in the process! We recently started using the drone for twilight and this brings everything to the next level of marketing.
4) See inside the house. The night time photos allows you to see inside of each room until regular, day time photos. In the photo below, you can see the fitness center through the windows. This is a great marketing strategy.
